Kind of disturbed that this video made me realize my ‘therapeutic boarding school was basically a cult. Feh c3 a9r c3 a9jszak c3 a1k green. There are some great scenes and stunning visuals but this felt like a really trippy dark comedy more than anything else. The movie is roughly 2.5 hours so get comfy and enjoy it for what it's worth but if you're looking for horror this was definitely a miss for me.

But from what I've heard from my family we didn't sacrifice old people of it, we just yeeted them of a cliff to their death because they became a burden for our families and we couldn't take care of them any more. I'd guess it would be around 1840-1850 if it ever happened. I don't think we've ever done it, it's more of a running joke. I'll ask my mom. 3. Runic embroidery on dresses. I have never seen that. Ever. Not even on clothes from the viking era. Vikings just didn't write that much. 4. The painting inside their bedroom are of the kind that can be found inside old churches. They used to be painted onto the ceiling and served as an education tool for those who couldn't read. I'm not sure if there are any, but from what I know there are none with runes on. If only the user rating is taken into account (which I will do from now on to avoid crap like this) the rating would have been 5/10.
Long and boring and nothing really happening. Just watched this last night. It was one of the most unsettling, yes just down-right UNSETTLING, and gorgeous horror films Ive ever seen. And Ive seen probably hundreds of them. Also, this film contains some of the most realistic depictions of tripping Ive ever seen in a film. EDIT: I just wanted to let people know I feel as though this film was unfortunately marketed to make it seem SUPER scary, when in fact the director himself said if you go in expecting to be scared shitless you will probably be disappointed. Its more of a folk drugsplotation black comedy analyzing a failing relationship and dealing with grief. I feel like people didnt know that some parts were intentionally funny, aka that Christian ass grab by grandma) so they write it off as being a failure of a horror movie when its not even suppose to be a straight horror piss your pants film.
